Несомненно, значимую роль в развитии воспалительных заболеваний органов малого таза играют инфекции, передающиеся половым путем, особенно N. gonorrhoea и С. trachomatis. Во многих случаях в процесс развития воспалительных заболеваний органов малого таза вовлечены микроорганизмы, которые составляют биотоп влагалища (анаэробы, G. vaginalis, Haemophilus influenzae, кишечные грамотрицательные палочки, Streptococcus agalactiae, М. hominis, U. urealyticum и др.). Доказано, что воспалительные заболевания органов малого таза могут быть связаны с цитомегаловирусом и M. genitalium.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pelvic inflammatory diseases are represented by a spectrum of inflammatory diseases of upper female genital tract, including any combination of endometritis, salpingitis, tubo-ovarian abscess or pelvic peritonitis. No doubt, sexually transmitted diseases, especially N. gоnоrrhоeа and С. trachomatis, play a significant role in the development of pelvic inflammatory diseases. In many cases micro-organisms constituting vaginal biotop cause pelvic inflammatory diseases (anaerobes, G. vaginalis, Haemophilus influenzae, enteric gram-negative bacilli, Streptococcus agalactiae, M. hominis, U. urealyticum, etc).
