В 2008 г. для 247 883 женщин этот диагноз стал смертным приговором. Всего было зарегистрировано 529 409 новых случаев, составивших 13% от общего числа злокачественных заболеваний женщин мира.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cervical cancer (CC) is the second most common type of cancer among females. In 2008, the diagnosis was a death sentence to 247,883 women.
