Эффективность низких доз АСК (75–150 мг/сут) для вторичной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний доказана в многочисленных исследованиях [1, 2]. Вместе с тем исследования показали, что терапия АСК предупреждает только 25% неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий [3–5].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) is a well-known anti-thrombotic agent which has been used in medical practice for more than 100 years. The effectiveness of low-dose ASA (75-150 mg/day) in secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease is proved by numerous studies [1, 2].
