Приводятся данные исследований, подтверждающих положительное влияние мультивитаминных комплексов на когнитивные и другие неврологические функции у пациентов с СХУ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the causes, clinical manifestations and current approaches to diagnosis and treatment of patients suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
