Современные антибиотики позволяют добиваться высокой степени эрадикации, однако клиническая эффективность лечения определяется не только эффективностью эрадикации, эпителизацией язвенного дефекта, купированием других симптомов заболевания и прогнозом, но и отсутствием нежелательных явлений возникающих в результате проводимой терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to current standards, treatment of peptic ulcer disease in a majority of patients requires eradication of Helicobacter pylori.
