Подчеркивается важность своевременной дифференциальной диагностики нейропатической и ишемической формы диабетической стопы. Особое внимание уделено роли альфа-липоевой кислоты в патогенетической терапии ДПН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article details the pathogenesis of diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN) and tells about the stages and types of DPN presentation. The importance of timely differential diagnosis of neuropathic and ischemic forms of diabetic foot is emphasized.
