В связи с мерами по оптимизации системы здравоохранения роль специалиста первичного звена постоянно возрастает, при этом более 80% случаев обращения за медицинской помощью в педиатрии связаны с инфекционной патологией. Попытаемся проанализировать, с какой патологией, требующей назначения антимикробных препаратов, чаще всего сталкивается участковый педиатр.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Most often, children receive medical care in outpatient settings where the heaviest burden is carried by district pediatrician or general practitioner. Within the framework of healthcare initiatives aimed at the system optimization, the role of primary care specialists is increasing, while more than 80% of pediatric patients who seek medical aid have infectious pathology.
