В статье представлены данные эффективности применения фитопрепаратов при остром риносину-сите. Отмечены фармакологические преимущества Миртола стандартизированного, проявляющего, помимо мукоактивного действия, противовоспалительные, антиоксидантные и антибактериальные свойства. Приведены результаты открытого контролируемого исследования эффективности и переносимости препарата ГелоМиртол® форте в курсе терапии острого и обострения хронического рино-синусита, в результате которого подтверждена целесообразность использования ГелоМиртол® форте в качестве монотерапии при остром риносинусите легкой степени тяжести.

The article tells about the effects of herbal medicines in the treatment of acute rhinosinusitis. Pharmacological advantages of myrtol standardized are demonstrated which, besides exhibiting mucoactive action, also provides an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial effect. Results of an open controlled study of the efficacy and tolerability of GeloMyrtol® Forte in the course of treatment of acute and exacerbated chronic rhinosinusitis are demonstrated, which provide evidence that GeloMyrtol® Forte is recommended as monotherapy for acute mild rhinosinusitis.
