В статье приведены современные представления о патогенезе церебральной спастичности, обсуждаются основные лечебно-реабилитационные мероприятия. Подробно рассматривается возможность использования ботулинического токсина типа А для коррекции повышенного мышечного тонуса у пациентов, перенесших инсульт.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Post-stroke spasticity considerably limits the ability to move for patients, hinders nursing, and contributes to the formation of pain syndromes. The article tells about the current understanding of the pathogenesis of cerebral spasticity, and discusses baseline treatment and rehabilitation activities.
