В 1-ю группу вошли пациенты (50 человек), которым к таблетированным сахароснижающим препаратам был добавлен миметик глюкагоноподобного пептида-1 эксенатид в режиме двукратных подкожных инъекций в дозе 5 мкг 2 р/сут в течение 1 мес., затем 10 мг 2 р/сут в течение 5 мес. Контрольную группу составили 20 пациентов, получавших стандартную сахароснижающую терапию. У всех пациентов через 6 мес. лечения отмечено достоверное снижение уровня гликированного гемоглобина, в 1-й группе статистически значимое улучшение липидного спектра и снижение индекса массы тела и объема талии.
