Подчеркивается, что тромболизис не может рассматриваться как альтернатива чрескожному коронарному вмешательству, планируемому независимо от эффективности тромболизиса по результатам коронарографии, которая обязательно должна быть выполнена в течение 3–24 ч при успешном тромболизисе и в кратчайшие сроки при неэффективном.
