В статье рассматриваются вопросы выбора оптимальной антибиотикотерапии инфекций дыхательных путей (внебольничная пневмония, хроническая обструктивная и болезнь легких). Даны практические рекомендации, представлены алгоритмы и схемы выбора антибактериальных препаратов.
