Однако в их развитии играют важную роль и другие факторы, включающие дисфункцию мочевого пузыря и/или уретры, такие как нейрогенная гиперактивность детрузора, снижение сократительной способности детрузора или ночная полиурия вследствие изменения функции почек, наличие болезни Паркинсона, церебральной ишемии, метаболического синдрома, инфекция нижних мочевых путей, стриктура мочеиспускательного канала, прием различных медикаментов и мн. др. В настоящее время общепризнано, что СНМП имеют мультифакториальную природу [1, 2]. Определение прямой связи между СНМП и ДГПЖ в ряде случаев представляется крайне затруднительным.
