В целом распространенность АГ находится в диапазоне 30–45% общей популяции с резким возрастанием по мере старения (ESH/ESC 2013). В России у 40% взрослого населения регистрируется повышенное артериальное давление (АД) (АД &gt;140/90 мм рт. ст.), среди них 40,5% женщин и 38,0% мужчин [1, 2].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In Russia arterial hypertension (AH) is an important factor of development of cardiovascular diseases and mortality. On the whole, the AH incidence is within the 30-45% range of the total population, with the sharp increase with ageing (ESH/ESC 2013).
