Гиполипидемическая терапия с использованием статинов является одним из важнейших компонентов в лечении больных с нарушениями липидного обмена. Большое значение придается не только липидмодифицирующему, но и противовоспалительному эффекту при их применении. Эти эффекты особенно присущи более «сильным» синтетическим статинам, в частности розувастатину, и носят дозозависимый характер.

Lipid lowering therapy with statin use is one of the most important components in therapy of patients with lipid exchange disturbances. Great meaning is attributed not only to lipid-modifying but to the anti-inflammatory effect at their application. These effects are characteristics of “stronger” synthetic statins, in particular, of rosuvastatin, and have a dose-dependent nature.
