Большое значение придается не только липидмодифицирующему, но и противовоспалительному эффекту при их применении. Эти эффекты особенно присущи более «сильным» синтетическим статинам, в частности розувастатину, и носят дозозависимый характер.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lipid lowering therapy with statin use is one of the most important components in therapy of patients with lipid exchange disturbances.
