Ludwig и соавт. [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>] выявили изменения в печени, характерные для алкогольного гепатита, у лиц, не злоупотреблявших алкоголем, началось интенсивное изучение неалкогольной жировой болезни печени (НАЖБП). В определение НАЖБП заложены два главных принципа: морфологическая картина при микроскопии биоптата полностью соответствует изменениям при алкогольной патологии и отсутствует главный этиологический фактор – алкоголь в гепатотоксических дозах. Обязательное условие – исключение вирусных, лекарственных, метаболических и других причин [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit2">2</xref>].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Since 1980 when L. Ludwig et al. [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>] identified changes in the liver characteristic of alcohol-induced hepatitis in persons who didn’t misuse alcohol, intense study of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) started. The definition of NAFLD has two major principles: a morphological pattern in biopsy ma terial microscopy completely corresponds to changes induced by alcoholic pathology and the major etiologic factors is lacking – alcoholic at hepatotoxic dosages.
