Бактериальный вагиноз – это инфекционный  невоспалительный синдром, характеризующийся  резким снижением или отсутствием лактофлоры и ее заменой на полимикробные ассоциации анаэробов и Gardnerellavaginalis, концентрация которых достигает 109–1011 КОЕ/мл вагинального отделяемого [3–5].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One of the first places in the structure of diseases of the female sexual organs is taken by bacterial vaginosis, which, by the literature data, is diagnosed in 30-57%  of women of the reproductive age [1, 2].
