Обоснован универсальный подход к назначению ГК с позиции общности их контрацептивного действия, профиля безопасности и частоты побочных эффектов. Представлены примеры использования ГК с учетом индивидуальных особенностей и желаний женщины на основании их дополнительных неконтрацептивных свойств.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"/><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гормональная контрацепция</kwd><kwd>комбинированные оральные контрацептивы</kwd><kwd>чистогестагенные гормональные контрацептивы</kwd><kwd>МОДЭЛЛЬ</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hormonal contraception</kwd><kwd>combined peroral contraceptives</kwd><kwd>purely gestagenic hormonal contraceptives</kwd><kwd>MODELL</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">ВОРЗ Репродуктивное здоровье населения России 2011, резюме отчета.
