Подчеркивается важность междисциплинарного подхода к лечению инсомнических расстройств, обсуждаются принципы использования снотворных препаратов для коррекции нарушений сна. Приводятся результаты применения мелатонина у 2 062 пациентов в возрасте 45–70 лет.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Insomnia is a sleep disorder that significantly reduces the quality of life, affects performance, learning ability, may lead to social maladjustment, personality changes, and is associated with a number of metabolic disorders.
