Приведены механизм действия, данные клинических исследований II и III фаз по клинической эффективности, переносимости и безопасности. Обсуждается место терифлуномида в патогенетическом лечении РС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review includes results of experimental and clinical studies of new oral drug teriflunomide for pathogenetic treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS). Given the mechanism of action, clinical data of the studies II and III phases of clinical efficacy, tolerability and safety.
