Однако единого алгоритма ведения пациенток фертильного возраста так и не выработано. С учетом появления новых препаратов с большей эффективностью, но в то же время и с большими рисками патологического воздействия на плод необходимо более детально представлять алгоритм ведения данной категории больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There was a whole series of drugs that change the course of multiple sclerosis over the past 20 years. However, a single algorithm of patients of childbearing age has yet been developed.
