Обсуждаются патогенетические механизмы подострого развития нервно-мышечных нарушений, вопросы дифференциальной диагностики, а также тактика ведения пациентов с алкогольной полиневропатией и миопатией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article tells about a clinical case of subacute flaccid tetraparesis with peripheral polyneuropathy against a background of dipsomania in a patient who abused alcohol.
