Расширение диагностических возможностей путем внедрения молекулярно-генетического исследования у данного контингента пациентов будет способствовать разработке эффективных методов профилактики и своевременного лечения.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Определение полиморфизма генов цитокинов у беременных с задержкой роста плода и их новорожденных с последующей реализацией врожденной инфекции. Материал и методы. Изучение распределения аллелей и генотипов полиморфных локусов генов цитокинов у 196 пар «мать – новорожденный».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. У беременных с задержкой роста плода к факторам риска развития внутриутробной инфекции относятся хронические заболевания мочевыделительной системы (хронический пиелонефрит и цистит) и самопроизвольные выкидыши в анамнезе, многоводие во время данной беременности. Наличие генотипа A/A полиморфизма гена IL10: -592 A &gt; C у новорожденного ассоциируется с повышением вероятности внутриутробной инфекции при задержке роста и хронической гипоксии плода в антенатальном периоде (p = 0,031, OR = 18,9 (1,7–215,2)).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты исследования позволяют использовать у беременных с задержкой роста плода клинические предикторы для выявления группы высокого риска реализации внутриутробной инфекции с последующим проведением генетического скрининга среди их новорожденных. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Congenital infection is one of most frequent complications of early neonatal period in newborns with fetal growth restriction. The use of molecular genetic testing in this group of patients may promote the development of new methods of prophylaxis and treatment.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To detect cytokines genes polymorphisms in pregnant women and newborns with fetal growth restriction and congenital infection. Materials and methods. The investigation of distribution of alleles and genotypes of cytokines genes polymorphic loci in 196 pairs «mother-newborn».</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Congenital i nfection risk factors in pregnant women with fetal growth restriction are: chronic urinary tract diseases (chronic pyelonephritis and chronic cystitis), history of spontaneous abortion and hydramnios in current pregnancy.
