Новая стратегия ведения больных с проявлениями алкогольной зависимости, основанная на многоуровневом биопсихосоциальном подходе, предполагает комплексные терапевтические программы с использованием инновационных лекарственных средств и активное участие пациентов в этом процессе. В рамках этой стратегии, направленной на сокращение употребления спиртного у лиц с диагностированной алкогольной зависимостью, тестируется инновационный препарат налмефен – модулятор опиоидной системы двойного действия, т. к. в результате сравнительных рандомизированных исследований и методов метаанализа подтверждена его безопасность и эффективность. Новая тактика адъювантной терапии с применением налмефена получает все большее распространение в России.

A new strategy of management of patients with signs of alcoholic dependence based on the multi-level biopsycosocial approach presupposes complex therapeutic programs with use of innovative drugs and active participation of patients in this process. Within this strategy aimed at reduction of alcohol consumption in patients with the diagnosed alcohol addiction an innovative drug Nalmefen – a modulator of the double-action opioid system is tested as as a result of the comparative randomized studies and meta-analysis methods its safety and effectiveness are proved. A new tactics of the adjuvant therapy with use of Nalmefen becomes more widely used in Russia.
