В статье приведены современные определение и классификация инсомнии, диагностические критерии расстройства, рассмотрены представления о патофизиологии этого состояния. Обсуждается использование в лечении инсомнии препаратов разных фармакологических групп.

 

The article tells about the current understanding and classification of insomnia, the diagnostic criteria and pathophysiology of the disorder. Different pharmacological groups of drugs used in the treatment of insomnia are discussed.
