Разбираются провоцирующие факторы в возникновении СИБР и результаты изменения гастроинтестинальной физиологии. Описываются подходы к лечению в соответствии с механизмами возникновения пищеварительных расстройств. Большое внимание уделяется эффекту терапевтического действия пробиотических препаратов, приводится научное досье штамма L. rhamnosus GG. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review summarizes recent findings on the syndrome of small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) which is not a separate disease. The triggers of SIBO and the impact on gastrointestinal physiology are considered. Treatment approaches are described taking into account the mechanism of occurrence of digestive disorders.
