Изучить эффективность применения препаратов витамина D на этапе планирования беременности у женщин с бесплодием различной этиологии по данным отечественной и зарубежной литературы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. По ключевым словам «витамин D», «бесплодие», «прегравидарная подготовка» нами проведен поиск литературных источников в отечественных и зарубежных базах данных: Еlibrary, Medline/PubMed, Embase, CINAHL. Отобрано 23 источника.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Витамин D играет важную роль в регуляции менструального цикла и поддержании репродуктивного здоровья женщины. Распространенность дефицита витамина D среди женщин с бесплодием различной этиологии достигает 69%. Необходимым является достижение адекватного уровня витамина D в организме женщины и проведение профилактики его дефицита.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Всем женщинам с бесплодием на этапе подготовки к беременности рекомендуется проведение оценки достаточности витамина D путем определения 25(OH)D в сыворотке крови и коррекция его дефицита до достижения уровней 25(OH)D более 30 нг/мл. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Study objective</title><p>Study objective. To study the efficacy of the drugs vitamin D at the stage of planning of pregnancy in women with infertility of various etiologies, according to domestic and foreign literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We conducted a search of the literature sources by the keywords “vitamin D”, “infertility”, “pregravid preparation” in domestic and foreign databases: elibrary, Medline/PubMed, Embase, CINAHL. 23 sources were selected.</p></sec><sec><title>Study results</title><p>Study results. Vitamin D plays an important role in the regulation of the menstrual cycle and the reproductive health of women. The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency among women with infertility of various etiologies reaches 69%. It is vital to achieve an adequate level of vitamin D in a woman’s body and to prevent its deficiency.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
