В основе патогенеза обоих заболеваний лежит серотонинергическая недостаточность. В статье представлен клинический случай пациентки с ожирением и субклиническим гипотиреозом, всестороннее обследование которой позволило подобрать эффективную и безопасную патогенетическую терапию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Among comorbidities of obesity, hypothyroidism is the most common endocrinopathy. The pathogenesis of both diseases is based on serotonin deficiency.
