Рассматриваются две основные тактики назначения ПИТРС (препараты, изменяющие течение рассеянного склероза), факторы, которые необходимо учитывать при выборе терапии, а также вопросы замены препарата при неэффективности или непереносимости ранее назначенной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is an overview of drugs currently used to treat multiple sclerosis.
