Более 10 лет моноклональные  антитела стали исследоваться для лечения рассеянного склероза (РС) и внедряться в патогенетическую терапию РС. Обсуждаются клинические исследования уже зарегистрированных моноклональных антител на территории РФ, таких как натализумаб  и алемтузумаб.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Monoclonal antibodies are widely used in various fields of modern medicine, for example, in oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, transplantation. Since beginning of this century monoclonal antibodies began to be explored for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS). From this period monoclonal antibody also actively introduced in pathogenetic therapy of MS.
