После тщательно проведенного обследования системы гемостаза была выявлена роль генетической и приобретенной тромбофилии. С современной точки зрения тромбофилия считается этиопатогенетическим фактором для  широкого спектра заболеваний и синдромов – синдрома потери плода, преэклампсии, тромбоэмболических осложнений гормональной контрацепции и гормональной заместительной терапии. Обсуждается роль антикоагулянтной и антиагрегантной терапии, в частности применение дипиридамола в акушерской практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of management of pregnancy in a woman with medical history signficant for obstetric and thrombotic events. After a thorough examination of the hemostatic system the role of genetic and acquired thrombophilia was identified. From a modern point of view thrombophilia is considered to be the etiopathogenetic factor for a wide range of diseases and syndromes – fetal loss syndrome, preeclampsia, thromboembolic complications of hormonal contraception and hormonal replacement therapy.
