Применение обратимых контрацептивных методов длительного действия (Long-Acting Reversible Contraception – LARC), к которым относится ЛНГ-ВМС, при адекватном и рациональном консультировании может осуществлять не только контрацептивную, профилактическую, но и терапевтическую задачу при ряде распростаненных гинекологических заболеваний. Рассмотрены 3 клинических случая с разбором ошибок при ведении пациенток.

The use of long-acting contraceptive methods of the Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC), to which the LNG-IUS belongs, with adequate and rational counseling can exercise not only a contraceptive, but also a preventive task in the treatment of disseminated gynecological diseases. Three clinical cases with the analysis of errors in the management of the patients are considered.
