В пользу выбора именно указанного прогестагена свидетельствуют новейшие данные, отражающие всестороннее воздействие на различные звенья патогенеза заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Dienogest is a highly effective drug for treating the major pain symptoms of endometriosis (chronic pelvic pain, dyspareunia and dysmenorrhea) and preventing a relapse with a high safety profile and good tolerability allowing to indicate it for longterm treatment of the disease.
