Представлены собственные результаты и результаты других авторов по применению низкомолекулярного гепарина 2-го поколения – бемипарина натрия для профилактики тромботических и гестационных осложнений в практике акушера-гинеколога.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The abstract highlights the evolution of the doctrine of thrombophilia, prsents a new perspective on factors of thrombogenic risk and the thrombotic state of readiness preceding and accompanying the critical vascular ischemia.
