В России доля детей с хроническим аденоидитом, по данным авторов, составляет до 50-70% [1,2]. Основной причиной хронического воспалительного процесса носоглоточной миндалины является нагрузка вирусными и бактериальными антигенами [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit3">3</xref>]. До конца не изученным вопросом на сегодняшний день остается роль ведущего бактериального патогена при хроническом аденоидите у детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Nasopharyngeal tonsillar pathology is one of the most pressing problems in the contemporary pediatric otorhinolaryngology. In Russia, the proportion of children with chronic adenoiditis, according to the authors, equals up to 50--70%. [1,2] The main cause of chronic inflammation of nasopharyngeal tonsils is that they are burdened with viral and bacterial antigens [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit3">3</xref>].
