Дана характеристика основных лекарственных средств. Рассматривается рациональное использование современных антиангинальных и антиишемических лекарственных препаратов. Показано, что стабильную стенокардию можно эффективно лечить современными антиангинальными препаратами в добавление к модификации образа жизни. Выбор антиангинальных препаратов должен основываться с учетом индивидуального артериального давления, частоты сердечных сокращений, сопутствующих заболеваний, побочного эффекта препарата и его стоимости. Пациенты со стенокардией, обусловленной коронарной болезнью сердца, должны также принимать низкие дозы аспирина и статины.</p><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author describes the modеrn principles of management and medical treatment of stable coronary heart disease, are given characteristics of the main groups of medicines, the possibility of pharmacological treatment IHD. Angina pectoris can be effectively treated with the appropriate use of available antianginal drugs in addition to lifestyle modifications. The choice of antianginal drugs should be tailored to the individual’s blood pressure and heart rate, and existing co-morbidities, in addition to the side effect profile of the drug.
