На сегодняшний день на рынке препаратов 5-АСК, доступных для лечения язвенного колита, существует много лекарственных форм, отличающихся оболочкой, способом доставки активного вещества и режимами дозирования препарата. Целью настоящего обзора является сравнение данных форм по основным параметрам: эффективности, безопасности и приверженности к лечению.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Preparations of 5-ASA are the first line treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). Today, in the market of drugs 5-ASA available for the treatment of UC, there are many dosage forms, varying in the coating, method of delivery of active substance and dosing regimens of the drug.
