<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Allergic rhinitis is one of most widespread human diseases associated with severe limitations in physical, psychological, and social aspects of life, which is the reason for the decline in quality of life. The drugs of first choice in patients with symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis of intermittent as well as of persistent courses are antihistamines of 2nd generation with high affinity to H1-receptors.
