Приведены основные направления лечения этих больных, включая комбинированное назначение полимодальных препаратов, имеющих нейропротективное, метаболическое и сосудистое действие.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article reviews the etiological  factors and pathophysiological mechanisms by which the cerebral vascular insufficiency develops and advances.
