Анализ результатов применения подкожной и  внутривенной форм  трастузумаба в  рамках исследования HannaH в российских центрах показал, что достижение в процессе неоадъювантной терапии полного патоморфологического регресса опухоли, вне зависимости от формы используемого трастузумаба, ассоциируется с улучшением безрецидивной выживаемости. Подкожная форма трастузумаба позволяет больным с затрудненным венозным доступом, не требующим в  данный момент  назначения внутривенной химиотерапии, получать эффективное  лечение  без  риска развития осложнений, с которыми сопряжена катетеризация центральной вены.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The HannaH study showed that neoadjuvante-adjuvant subcutaneous and intravenous trastuzumab have similar efficacy and tolerability in patients with early HER2-positive breast cancer. The analysis of the results of the subcutaneous and intravenous trastuzumab usage in  Russian population showed  the favorable association between tpCR anf EFS. tpCR achiviement is associated with clinical benefit in HER2 positive breast cancer.
