И наоборот, дотации витамина D оказывают иммуномодулирующее и противовоспалительное действие, а также защищают организм ребенка от инфекции. Данные доказательной медицины указывают на важность использования препаратов витамина D для профилактики и лечения туберкулёза, хронического бронхита, профилактики инфекций дыхательных путей, в т. ч. вызванных респираторно-синцитиальным вирусом RSV и вирусом гриппа A.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Children with vitamin D insufficiency are characterized by antiviral and antibacterial immunity. And, contrariwise, supplements of vitamin D have immunomodulating and anti-inflammatory action, and protect the child body from infection.
