Представлены современные данные, свидетельствующие о том, что изменения в количественном и качественном составе кишечной микробиоты приводят к драматическим нарушениям метаболизма в организме, способствуя развитию и прогрессированию ожирения и различных функциональных и хронических заболеваний пищеварительной системы. Обсуждаются перспективы соответствующих методов лечения метаболических расстройств, в том числе с помощью принципиально нового класса мультиштаммовых пробиотиков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article described a typical clinical situation that is frequently observed in the pediatric practice and probably will be more prevalent as the incidence of the metabolic syndrome continues to grow. Modern data testifying that changes in the qualitative and quantitative composition of the intestinal microbiota result in dramatic changes of the metabolism in the body contributing to development and progression of obesity and various functional and chronic diseases of the digestive system.
