В статье представлен обзор данных механизма действия деконгестантов, безопасности и доказательной базы их эффективности в лечении различных заболеваний верхнего отдела дыхательных путей. Сделан вывод о выборе деконгестантов с более высоким уровнем безопасности – современные имидазолины (в первую очередь ксилометазолин) над «первым поколением» деконгестантов (нафазолин).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Nasal forms of vasoconstrictor agents (decongestants) are one of the most frequently prescribed groups of drugs in the therapy of inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity. The article provides an overview of the mechanisms of action of decongestants, safety and the evidence base for the efficacy of decongestants in various upper respiratory tract diseases.
