В2016 г. в России зарегистрирован новый препарат для лечения пациентов с ожирением лираглутид 3,0 мг, являющийся аналогом человеческого глюкагоноподобного пептида-1. Учитывая актуальность проблемы, приводим клинический случай, демонстрирующий эффективность терапии лираглутидом 3,0 мг/сут у пациентки с ожирением и его влияние на метаболические факторы риска.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Obesity is a chronic disease associated with cardiometabolic risk factors, primarily cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes mellitus. In 2016,Russiaregistered a new drug for treating obese patients liraglutide 3.0 mg, which is an analogue of human glucagon-like peptide-1.
