Представлены ключевые данные рандомизированных клинических исследований по возможностям безопасного и эффективного использования прямого ингибитора тромбина в группах пожилых пациентов, перенесших ЧКВ, ОНМК/ТИА, а также у пациентов с сопутствующей хронической болезнью почек и сахарным диабетом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the possibility of prescribing anticoagulant therapy to elderly patients with atrial fibrillation in various clinical situations.
