В условиях неуклонного роста числа больных диабетом крайне важно уделять должное внимание профилактическим мероприятиям, направленным на снижение распространенности сахарного диабета 2-го типа. В статье описаны основные принципы первичной немедикаментозной профилактики сахарного диабета 2-го типа.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Type 2 diabetes mellitus is one of the main health problems not only in our country, but also in the world. Due to the steady rise in the number of persons with DM, it is extremely important to pay due attention to preventive measures aimed at reducing the prevalence of type 2 diabetes.
