Тромбозы – одна из ведущих причин смертности и инвалидизации населения всего мира, поэтому вопросы их лечения и профилактики являются актуальными в современной медицине. В статье рассматриваются особенности и возможности применения новых оральных антикоагулянтов в целом, и особенно апиксабана как самого «молодого» представителя данной группы лекарственных препаратов.

 

Thrombosis is one of the leading causes of death and disability around the world, therefore their treatment and prevention are relevant in modern medicine. The article discusses the features and possible applications of the new oral anticoagulants in General, and particularly of apixaban as the newest representative of this group of drugs.
