В свете достижений последних лет доказана роль витамина D в регуляции репродуктивной функции. Являясь стероидным гормоном, данный витамин необходим для обеспечения широкого спектра физиологических процессов. Недостаточность витамина D, определяемая уровнем 25(ОН)D ≤ 30 нг/мл, распространена глобально, при этом частота регистрации данного состояния среди населения России– свыше 90% [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit2">2</xref>]. Основную группу риска по развитию дефицита витамина D составляют лица старческого возраста, а также беременные (в особенности при наличии нарушений жирового обмена, гестационного сахарного диабета и инфекционной патологии), которым не проводилась медикаментозная коррекция витаминного статуса. Цель исследования: оценка эффективности колекальциферола в терапии витамин D-дефицитных состояний у женщин репродуктивного возраста. Материал и методы исследования: проведены клинико-лабораторное обследование и лечение 31 пациентки в возрасте от 21 до 45 лет, госпитализированных в отделение гинекологии с различной патологией органов репродуктивной системы. Всем пациенткам в дополнение к общеклиническому обследованию проводилось определение концентрации витамина D, а также общего и  ионизированного кальция в плазме крови. С целью коррекции дефицита и  недостаточности витамина D в организме всем обследованным в дополнение к терапии основного заболевания назначена дотация витамина D путем приема препарата колекальциферола (витамина D3). Результаты исследования: у всех обследованных пациенток имело место снижение концентрации витамина D в плазме крови ниже нормативных показателей. Дефицит витамина D выявлен в 64,5% наблюдений. При этом отмечено достоверное увеличение концентрации 25(ОН)D3 в плазме крови на фоне терапии.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vitamin D deficiency is the pandemica for real in the modern world [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. The role of vitamin D in the reproductive function regulation has been proven in light of the achievements over the past few years. Being a steroid hormone, this vitamin is essential for a wide range of normal physiologic functions. Vitamin D insufficiency as defined by serum 25(OH)D ≤ 30 ng/ml is widespread globally, with the frequency of registration of this condition among the population of Russia over 90% [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit2">2</xref>]. The elderly and pregnant women (especially in the presence of fat metabolism disorders, gestational diabetes and infectious pathology), who did not undergo a vitamin correction medication, is the main risk group for vitamin D deficiency. Objective of the study: Evaluate the efficacy of colcalciferol in vitamin D-deficient therapy in women of reproductive age. Material and methods of the study: clinical and laboratory examination and treatment of 31 patients with various reproductive system pathologies, aged 21 to 45 years who were hospitalized to the Department of Gynaecology. In addition to the general clinical examination, all patients had their vitamin D, total and ionized calcium levels in blood plasma assessed. In order to correct the vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency, the vitamin D supplementation by colcalciferol (vitamin D3) intake was prescribed to all examined patients in addition to the treatment of the underlying disease. Results of the study: all examined patients showed the decreased vitamin D concentration in the blood plasma below the reference indices. The vitamin D deficiency was discovered in 64.5% cases.
