Раннее применение малых доз дипиридамола в группах высокого риска способствует достоверному снижению частоты внутриутробной задержки развития плода, преждевременных родов и рождения маловесных детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article provides the evaluation results of the efficacy of low-dose dipyridamole (CurantylÒ) [1, 2] taken to prevent placental insufficiency in women in the group with a high risk of perinatal pathology and feto-maternal disease in past medical history.
