Этиотропными факторами тонзиллофарингитов в большинстве случаев являются вирусы. Определение возбудителя и вида патологического процесса играет ключевую роль в выборе тактики ведения пациента. Внедрение в клиническую практику новых методов экспресс-диагностики актуально для клинической медицины. Топические лекарственные средства для лечения больных с патологией глотки эффективны и безопасны. Предпочтительно использовать препараты комбинированного действия, содержащие несколько компонентов, действующих на разные звенья патологического процесса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Acute inflammatory diseases of the pharynx are frequent enough pathology of a person, especially in childhood and young age. Etiotropic factors of tonsillopharyngitis in most cases are viruses. Determination of the pathogen and the type of pathological process plays a key role in the choice of tactics of patient management. The introduction of new rapid diagnostic methods into clinical practice is relevant for clinical medicine. Topical medicines for the treatment of patients with pharyngeal pathology are effective and safe.
